Business Development (IT Sector - B2B) - Part Time

Description:
We are a Managed IT Service Provider serving Small to Medium Businesses in Auckland. We provide businesses with a range of solutions including Microsoft 365, Backups, Cybersecurity, Support Services, VoIP etc
We are seeking a Business Development Executive who will actively manage new business pipeline, identifying and successfully converting new business.
Full time / Part time roles available. Flexible working hours and remote working option also available. Although this is a contract role, it can be converted to a permanent position based on your track record.
What are we looking for?
- Confident and enthusiastic go-getter, who is well presented and reliable.
- At least 2 years in sales experience
- IT or Telco sales experience is a bonus but not required as we will train you on the products
- It is not expected of you to know the technical aspects in detail as you will be supported by a technical team when and where required
- Be proactive in generating new sales and identifying new opportunities (cold calling, door to door, warm leads)
- Generate new accounts and close sales opportunities using your negotiation skills
- Continuously build your pipeline of business opportunities and provide weekly updates
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects, sufficient to meet monthly objectives
- Identify and qualify prospects
- Be able to prepare quotes / sales proposals
- You must be fluent and clear in both spoken and written English.
- Must have legal entitlement to work in New Zealand.
- Need to be able to drive, own a car and a valid NZ driver’s license

IT Support Engineer - Part Time
IT Support Engineer: Part Time

Duties
- Supporting Business Customer
- Familiar with using ticketing systems (RMM)
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, Sharepoint, AD, Server, LAN/WAN, IP Telephony and Backup Technology.
- Liaison with customers to ensure that the highest standards of customer service are met
- Callouts when required
What are we looking for?
To be successful you ideally should possess the following:
- Be qualified with an appropriate tertiary IT qualification or certification
- Certification in Microsoft 365 will be advantages
- 1 – 3 years working in a Managed IT Service environment
- Strong work ethic and desire to take full ownership of your role
- Great communication and written skills
- Proactive and ability to multitask
- Full NZ Driver’s license and a car
